Returns & Refunds
Returns are possible within 14 days:
- Products must be in original condition with original labels and tags.
- Packaging must not be damaged and must be in original condition.
- Items to be returned must show no signs of use.
- If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always make sure your package has a tracking number. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no shipping receipt with a tracking number. Returns by mail without a tracking number are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of the return.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email that the return has been received. Within a few days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account.
Cancelling an order
You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours our orders are included in the processing phase and cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are always at the shipper's risk; return shipping costs are not refundable.
